Caroline is an HR business leader with more than 30 years of experience in versatile, commercial global organisations.

In this new global role, Caroline will lead Barentz’s People and Culture agenda with the aim to continuously develop our organisation, teams and people and create a great work environment where people can thrive and achieve excellent results. She has a track record in building and leading international HR teams, driving change and transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and leadership and development programmes. She creates clarity and direction through sharp analysis, trust, and collaboration.
