Ralph Otte is sinds 2017 Corporate Vice President Global People bij ASM.

Voorheen was Otte werkzaam als HR-directeur bij DAF. Otte studeerde Personeelswetenschappen en verdiepte zich onder andere met een masteropleiding Financial Economic Management en Executive Change Management. Otte heeft naast DAF ook voor Accenture en ASML in verschillende HR-functies gewerkt. Ralph Otte is een getrouwd man en heeft 3 zoons. Hij is woonachtig in Essen (België).

ASM International is een beursgenoteerde onderneming. Het bedrijf richt zich voornamelijk op de productie en levering van machines voor de halfgeleiderindustrie.
