Chris Milligan, VP Career Mobility at Degreed, spent the early part of his career as a management consultant before founding the SaaS HR Tech company Adepto which, in 2019, Chris sold to Degreed to create the world’s first upskilling platform for organizations to effectively link learning to skills data and work opportunities.
Chris is an established HR and Learning thought leader, influencer and award winner – recently invited to speak at a number of events including Learning Tech Talks, iVentiv Talent Management 2020, ESPO Public Sector Procurement 2020, and featured in People Management, HCA Magazine, ERE, TLNT and SIA, amongst others.
At Degreed Chris leads the new Career Mobility product go-to-market strategy, working to ensure we’re positioned to help companies re and upskill their workforces, partnering with executives to support their visions whilst working with all areas of the business to drive successful solution adoption.
Hans Ramaker, Senior Director Learning Innovation & Technology
Hans Ramaker joined Signify as Senior Director – Learning innovations and technology after several years of learning experience at Toshiba medical systems and Philips Healthcare.
Hans is responsible for introducing and implementing a new learning vision and technologies within Signify to make learning more efficient and reduce the overall costs of training while improving the continuous learning mindset within the organization. He won several international prizes with new learning solutions focusing on organizational performance.
